• Service fees are agreed upon prior to dispatch confirmation.

• Payments must be made as per the terms listed in your service agreement or invoice.

• Late payments may result in suspension of services.

• All fees are non-refundable once a load has been successfully dispatched.

By using our services, you agree to:

• Provide accurate business and contact information (MC/DOT number, insurance, W9, etc.).

• Maintain all required operating authorities, permits, and insurance.

• Communicate promptly with your assigned dispatcher regarding load updates.

• Comply with all federal, state, and transportation regulations.

DirectTruckDispatch acts solely as a dispatch service provider.
We are not responsible for:

• Cargo damage, loss, theft, or delay.

• Accidents, penalties, or violations incurred during transport.

• Miscommunication between brokers, drivers, or shippers beyond our control.

All liability related to freight handling rests with the carrier under their USDOT authority.

📜 6. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate dispatching services at any time if:

• Payment terms are not met.

• The carrier provides false or incomplete information.

• The client fails to maintain active operating authority or insurance.

• There is misuse of our services or unprofessional conduct.

🔒 7. Confidentiality

All information shared between DirectTruckDispatch and its clients, including rates, contacts, and load details, is treated as confidential and will not be disclosed without written consent, except as required by law.
